The F.L.U.D.A. is a fancy backpack filled with water for dousing your enemies. (If only wearing things on your back was possible.) It's fun to use and getting your foes wet makes it hard for them to hold on to stuff. Sadly, it does not provide enough water pressure to hover. I'm pretty sure that isn't even possible.
