ESP suppression collar
wikiThis is a collar designed to prevent latent psychic abilities from manifesting. It doesn't actually stop the abilities from being usable, it just explodes if any psychic activity takes place within six inches of it. It is a very effective deterrent.
Looks like HOldeRofSecrEts is the only player with one of these in their display case. Holder has special rights to put quest items and the like in his DC. So he wins by default. DEFAULT! DEFAULT!
