E.M.U. rocket thrusters
wikiThis is a pair of rocket thrusters used in an Elf Maneuvering Unit, a kind of jetpack + chair the elves are building to help fix their damaged shield generator. It was called an Elf Maneuvering Object, but the engineers kept cutting themselves instead of assembling it.
Looks like HOldeRofSecrEts is the only player with one of these in their display case. Holder has special rights to put quest items and the like in his DC. So he wins by default. DEFAULT! DEFAULT!
